WAS AWESOME!
OMG at Valve's new cinematic physics engine
OMG at some of the new environments and backdrops
I'm gonna refrain from posting storyline spoilers but I can't wait for the third Episode of the trilogy myself
Anyone else finished it, and what did you think?

I wish I had a better computer, even on 700 something x 400 something my laptop still struggles on some parts. I really need to build a computer
This post contains much sadness due to the crapness of my computer
The section with the striders was the hardest tbh... I got bumloved by hunters so many times it was unreal.
There's a REALLY easy trick to it though, when you put your mind to it that pretty much negates the strider's escorts.
That is, if you can outsmart the AI... it's pretty damn good at times.

Was it as short as episode one?
Im really starting to dislike Valve, I dont want a game that you can never finosh. A game that releases a new 'episode' every two years or so. I thought the HL2 ending was 'wtf' so I was really looking forward to ep:one, and ep:one had a 'wtf' ending as well. I want to finish Half life, not play a***** teaser every 24 months.
Stupid valve
/rant off
The Episodes are a trilogy. Rumour has it that they're to flesh out the middle of the story, and try new techniques and technologies before Half Life 3.
HL2 didn't really have a messed up ending, it just left the characters at a cliffhanger... Episode 1, I agree was short.
Episode 2 is a bit longer and there's an assload more storyline development in it... you find out a LOT about the links between some of the characters, and of course the role of the infamous "G-MAN" with is Black Mesa briefcase starts to get fleshed out.
Pretty sweet tbh, but you'll have to finish it to find out details... it's better that way
