In that case: SOE isn't actually evil, per se. They've just got a modified Midas' Touch that turns everything they lay hands on into steaming piles of ****e. EA, on the other hand, is pure, unadaulterated distillation of evil. They actively seek out good game companies that make a quality product. They then dissolve their game studio, ruin their franchises, force them to parrot the company line to eliminate their credibility and legitimacy, and then cut them loose to twist in the wind. If the antichrist comes from the game sector, he or she will be an EA exec.

There is only 1 way to do it, but it would involve sticking CCP far, far, VERY far into debt, and a lot of convincing to the bank who holds CCP's interests. You can still privately buyout- that is, to arrange it personally, in the same way as you'd buy a car off of someone. It relies on cooperation from the seller though- you can't commit a "hostile takeover" on a private company.
