GoD i pray that Valve never gets taken over by EA it would be a disaster for the Halph Life franchise.

Indeed. Halph life is quite good 
Seriously though, one of my lecturers is an idiot. He told me that Valve had been taken over by EA, and even though I explained that they merely publish the hl2 games on Consoles, he stood by his reasoning that there would be no Episode 3 or Half-Life 3.
I laughed at him.

They already ruined mythic/daoc for me (not to mention I have serious doubts for WAR even if GW oversee's everything).
Really though I don't mind alot of EA's games but I definitly don't like their workplace policies.

RIP Bioware indeed. I'm already not looking forward to Mass Effect 15, and any hope for Baldur's Gate 3 has been thrown out entirely.

I hope to god they dont put out NWN 2: Cool wizards Hats booster pack. Their whole philosophy of putting out 300mb worth of content and calling it an expansion is not helping the PC gaming industry at all.

FTFY. EA takes the Microsoft planned obsolescence cycle and multiplies it by five. It also takes every good game / franchise / developer it lays hands on and ruins them, immediately. They rival SOE for title of Worst Distributor.
