You shouldn't be doing any missions in a raven unless you can field five medium & five light drones to take care of the small stuff. Not to mention all the support skills.
From testing with my alt I know it should take you a month or two of dedicated training to be decent at flying a Raven. Doing so beforehand is not recommended.

No you cant have my stuff, i have decided to stay. I got a Drake back and now I'm owning Level 4 missions to no end.
I will sell you my WoW characters for ISK however

Well, you can't do that unless you want to get banned from EVE or somesuch 
What you CAN do however, is sell your WoW char for money (not that you'd care anymore if you get banned from WoW).
Then use the money to buy GTCs from anywhere you want, then trade the GTCs via the secure trade method to get ISK.
Don't use anything other than the secure trade method, unless you want to get banned for that too.

Ah your torps didn't do well against lvl 3 mission ships because they are not big enough. You need bigger weapons to kill those nasty ships, maybe train for a phoenix dreadnought and learn how to hack acceleration gates (so they let your phoenix thru) then you can fight them with citadel torpedoes.
