Originally by: Rimac Anyone know anything about jump freighter stats yet? Or how they will work (aside, obviously, from having jump capability :P).
Well that really what they are on Sisi right now. Expwct major changes from thier current info, though. Especially since the names for the right now are stuff like "Caldari T2 Freighter", yet thier build reqs are the same as the normal freighters.

My guess is no jump freight in Rev 3.
My guess is that your guess is wrong.
The newest Sisi build have them polished.
We are looking at a true T2 ship with a base cost of about 3B I would say. (I did a sloppy price estimation, so I might be seriously off.)

Originally by: Lisento Slaven Looks like it's T2 if it requires a freighter as an input to manufacture it. At least the link provided above for the Rhea lists "Charon [1]" as one of the materials. I know of no T1 ship that requires a different ships hull to be produced =P
The Obelisk info states that the Rhea is a T2 variant of it. Case closed.
And yes the lack of an invention tab on the Obelisk T1 BPO can mean two things:
a) They forgot it, or dont want us inventing them yet. (Nothing would currently prevent the invention/building/flying of a T2 freighter on Sisi.
b) Different approach is beeing considered for the distribution of T2 bpc's for freighters, such as: Loot drops, agent revards, etc.

Well, its intresting to say the least. If they intent them as agent reward (LP shop) then I think that would be very cool.
If they go teh way of invention they will not only be extremely rare, but also get about 70% extra on top of the build cost due to invention waste...
Either way I actually like the thought that they will be a quite different beast than other T2 ships.
Just making them T1 tier 2 would be a cheap cop out imho.
