I hate salvaging and so I generally just run many missions quickly for LP doing lvl 3's. What is the best item to transfer them to cash?
I've looked at implants and the cost associated with them just isn't worht it.
I've done ammo but CN scourge where I am has dropped to 1200 isk per missile which while it is ok isn't htat great because of thhe 5m cost and then 3k lp or so.
I've done CN hybrid charges but they don't sell very often.
Ammo is the best stuff I have found but it is not in demand heh.

The best would be the one that no one else knows about, because as soon as someone posts it here, everyone will jump in to get in on the profits, and then competition will drive prices down because people are impatient when it comes to money...

Do the math. As long as you're making 2000isk/lp you're making a profit.

I find stuff that you have to build can give a high isk per LP. A perfect example is the Caldari Navy Cruise Launchers. You can still make a killing off these along with a many other items. So if you see a Mod in the LP store there is a good chance there will be a 5 run BPC of that mod which will require more LP, but give you a lot more isk per LP.

But to get all that crazy faction stuff you need so many tags and crap that I don't really feel as though its worth it. Of course, some people enjoy constantly changing buy orders on tags/farming them in order to get these offers...but honestly, just go with nexus chips or sommat.

For Amarr Navy, the best LP:ISK is the 168,750 Amarr Navy Large EMP Smartbomb 5-run blueprint offer. It's about 2,250 ISK: 1 LP. You do need Industry V, Science V, Engineering V to actually build the smartbombs off the blueprint, though.

Ammo is usually a good converter, although it doesn't move very fast

Ive had decent luck (around 2-3k a LP) selling some of the implants. just gotta watch the market for which ones are valuable.
im lazy though and lately just going with the nexus chips and making my isk offa salving and building rigs instead.

For me faction ammo has the best isk to lp ratio. Try to find places where players use CN hybrid ammo. Faction ammo is very popular with big alliances for example  |

A couple of weeks ago, could buy Gallente Navy MFS for 22m ( isk+insignas ), and sell them for 55/60m ( 30k LP offer ), so if you feel the will to actually collect those fro missions, they'll cost 12m only.

Again, you cant use anything posted here. A few weeks ago I cashed out my LP for republic ammo and started off making a killing on it. Then one day while browsing the forums I came across a post like this one with people swearing by the ammo/lp profits they were raking in. Shortly after the prices dropped to half with people competitive bidding like crazy. The market barely recovered recently, enough for me to sell of most of my supply, but has tanked again. Don't use the forums for isk making ideas, the forums ruin isk ventures.

It varies. I usually look at contracts and buy the stuff that is not sold much. You have to be careful though and know if stuff isn't sold because noone is thinking about it or because it is garbage :)

Buy the CN Scrouge and sell them in places where they arnt sold generally or at a higher price. And put up a good decent deal on them it will probably sell like crazy. Example is to put up a suply of it in Rens since the only ones there are selling at the lowest of 2200. If there were a decent price of it close to the Jita prices I can see people buying it like crazy considering how many drake and a few nighthawk pilots I see in the mission running areas. I know I buy a lot of it for my future nighthawk, (just need to buy the ship).
