Just curious what the numbers are?
Generation:
- Concord bounties (rats and incursions)
- Agents
(Moon and asteroid mining do not count since they are materials that simply solicit the exchange of isk between accounts)
Sinkage:
- Brokerage and sales tax
- Setup costs (PI transfer costs, Sov costs, etc. . . )
- Clone costs
- NPC seed purchases (skillbooks & other goods)
Do any of the developers have these numbers. I am sure there are others in the EVE community that are curious about what the month-by-month ratio is?

How do you figure? There is still a value upon those materials that have been taken from the game, the only difference is the value of what the other players deem it to be. The rats, concord payouts and agent payouts might be fixed but it does not mean that isk is not produced from mining, its just a variable value.
I almost didn't comment, then i laughed, then I felt bad. Read the OP please and the definition of a sink.

The reason I didn't include mining is because the chance of minerals being bought or sold from an NPC market seed are negligible.

Sleeper loot doesn't count since it has to be placed on market. You are receiving ISK FORM ANOTHER CHARACTER, not the game.
