Even though I'm not much of a mission runner, i can tell you right now that range is a lot more important than damage for mission running. Of course, there are ways to get around the limited range that torps will have, so I don't necessarily agree with the whines, but the point stands. People will whine if their playstyle is made more difficult or requires extra skills, it's not just mission runners, it's everyone.

I don't use Caldari for PvP and only fly my Raven for missions but I still totally welcome this change! Finally Caldari are getting some love! In PvE Cruise Missiles are just as good as Torps.. you may take a little longer to kill the BS but it's not a big difference anyway. But in PvP those poor Caldari really needed a buff.. I should know... thats why I trained guns.
So all in all I can only say: let the empire mission carebears cry all they want... as soon as they wanna start PvPing they are gonna notice that there whines were stupid.

Its a nerf to mission running because of the range reduction as stated above. And its a boost to pvp because of the speed and damage increase.
Someone please lock this pointless thread, its all been said elsewhere.

If it's so easy to get 'billions per day' doing missions then why are you not doing it ? You could get enough HAC's to PvP rest of the month by just one day work, eh ? If you would earn 'billions per day', that is. So go ahead, give it a try

Well I'd like some help on how to earn 100m per hour since I've got CNR+fittings and yet somehow it's just not possible to get anywhere near half that amount.
