What sucks, is there is no way to change/delete or create a character once you're already on the server and technically (in game.)

Don't get your hopes up. I just spent two hours waiting after starting at #310. Got to number 1, tried to login and got "cluster is full your are #329 in queue.

Tried to get in for 4 hours plus late at night for me. No go. CCP, it might have been better not to get your subscribers hopes up and just said: "if you can get in great you'll have a fun time playing around but we're just looking at testing our queue system" or something similar.
Shame on you for getting our hopes up and then failing so miserably to deliver!
