ok, guys, here's the thing:
I am logged in, and from what I can see, the only skills that got boosted were the ones that we never had. The only skills that were not boosted are the ones that we have currently.

damn waited the whole day got on the server once but than there where DT and now i dont have any chars on sissi that was not realy fun like it should be.

also your cache folder is in C://documents and settings/USERNAME/local settings/application data/ccp
have fun
if u cant see local settings go to tools at the top and then folder options and then view tab i think :D

I demand to know as a paying customer why when i try to login it says incorrect login or password. This is complete crap I looked forward to this very much and cant login? whats worse CCP wont even tell us what to do to fix it

The reason a lot of your are getting "Incorrect username or password." is because your accounts don't exist on the test server. They only update the test servers after every patch, meaning if your account was created after the most recent patch, you can't play on the test server... like me...
