arghy steelwill GoonFleet GoonSwarm	Posted - 2007.10.16 11:00:00 - [1] How do you curb someone whos essential to your alliances operations? how do you determine whether or not they fall into this category? Unless your a remedial or sir molle you'll have trouble trying to maintain a power bloc while being able to maintain complete control of it. Theres many government systems to copy to try and deal with this problem but your still dealing with an hostile player mass that needs to be controlled or bought into submission to maintain your power. How do you choose your council and what power do you give to them? will you be able to control them in the near future? All these words are for sesfan, tets is out of control and abuseing his power to bring the entire system down. Will the system stand up under stress or will your council fracture and split with all your assets? Theres really no set system only conflicting theorys. Shot at 2007-07-19
