Anything like the scanner window, etc, that gets put on the sidebar turns into a "i" icon... no words (with out hover), so who the hell knows what one is what... dumb update.

Edit, it fleet is under social... well in a pvp game wtf, that should be on the neocom LIKE IT WAS, they left market... but moved fleet? wtf?

On a related note, although there are probably a few little bugs and usability tweeks it could stand, overall it is a big improvement... even more so when you can move it all to the bottom (although the bottom orientation was one of the biggest gripes people had with the first iteration they tested).

In all seriousness, it isn't without issues (the blinking, the fact that certain windows don't have neocom buttons, a lack of dividers, etc etc) but other than that, it's basically a straight upgrade from the old neocom.
But everybody hates change, even good change.
Kids these days will whine about anything.

I like the new neocom BUT I dislike that I can't remove chat (without bug) and that everything that is minimized goes into the neocom instead of a small tab at the bottom of the screen. |

It could use some tweaking (ingame browser bookmarks wont scroll), but overall it's good.

Chat blink in two places is annoying.
Turning off chat blink in the neocom, also turns off mail blinks in the neocom.

The new Neocom is pro GÇö I can have tons of chat tabs open and see a floating list of their full channel names and which ones are blinking upon mouseover (hint: only leave blink on for important tabs).
