I was just thinking... I know it's silly probably but:
Sacri with 3x od II, 2x polycarbon & domination 10mn ab can do 1200m/s while running gist L booster.
So anyone think it's doable

The point is.. I have no clue what speed you need to have to successfully avoid damage from cruise/heavy missiles. Npc guns won't hit you with that speed.

go ahead nano mission run, i lol when you die because of the 20 webbing frigs.

Only takes 1 lol. Fit a frig with even a MWD and go hit an astroid belt and see how well it speed tanks. Speed tanking NPC BS's is easy. It's the frigs/cruisers you gotta worry about.

Main issue is "caldari navy cruiser" spamming you with heavy missiles. I'm wondering what kind of speed you need to reduce damage done from them.
Maybe thing work, but I'd rather armor tank sacri:
5x ham
abII, L battery, cpr, painter(mainly for aggro)
2x marII, eanm (try ts/amarr navy) 2x bcu
2x aux. nano pump
Should tank good enough imo. (tanks better than my mission running abso, however less ganky power)

Yeah, basically the above posters have it right-speed tanks are too liable to being webbed, and being limited to an AB really hurts. Also, it keeps you from using guns well.
