What is a good ROF for a crusie missile, im currently sitting in a CNR.
I recently trained rapid launch V but was very dissapointed with the results,
WHat do you have as your ROF?

Without specs that line is meaningless
raven, 2x T2 bcu's, T2 launchers, all secondary skills to L5, cruise missile spec to L3, rof of about 7 and something seconds.

Ok my bad, didnt see that 7 something.
My specs: rof-skill & bs at 5, 5% rof implant, caladri navy launchers, 4 bcu.
