212 hp/sec with 2 LSE2s. You could do 313/sec with 4 LSE2s but dropping hardeners off the build I suggested for LSE2s would lower the tank so going for pure regen wouldn't be so good a thing to do except as an experiment.

Uh oh my secrets out, don't tell me I am the only person on tranquility that has passive tanked an apoc, I think your arguement of how good this ship could potentially be if it sacraficed both its ship bonus' for lasers and cap use by fitting completely passive mods is quite good that I wrote you a wall of text about how a passive shield tank apoc works.
However instead I think it is a lot easier to point out passive shield tank on this performs about on par with a battlecruiser, the drake! lol in fact, drakes have out tanked my passive tanked apocalypse post shield regen nerf on battlecruisers, and in fact a myrmidon can get an even better passive shield tank than a drake, and a lot of gallante I know are going to be mad I let the cat out of the bag on that one.
Also, in fact this goes to show that amarr frigates, cruisers, and the prophecy work better with autocannons than lasers. oh right and battleship level too now.

How?
Every set of numbers I've run shows the myrmidon at second best, no matter by how small a margin, to the drake in terms of raw DPS tank.
If you factor in ship's DPS and the fact that killing stuff faster "improves" your tank then yeah, it'd beat the drake, but just on straight tank I don't see the myrmidon doing better than the drake.

This is a joke thread? 150hp/s (if correct) is not a tank for a battleship. How much is that after resistances? Thats unreasonable to say the least.

Well, it might not be the best of possible builds, but frighteningly enough, it's not much worse as actually fitting an armortank and lasers on the bloody boat.
P.S. Best 10 mil ISK I ever spent... even gave me the occasion (on somebody else's request) to create a crazy build that actually fits/works, for a tachyon shieldtanked typhoon
