CCP denies refund for accidental 2nd Fanfest ticket

gh0stdevil Minmatar	Posted - 2007.10.18 17:59:00 - [1] Rawr. So I have to vent somewhere. I accidently bought a 2nd Fanfest ticket due to my own goofup and I quickly asked for a refund. I was told they would look into it and two weeks later responded saying they would not refund or allow me to resell it. I've asked if I can give it away....no idea what they'll say. My beef isn't that I'm stuck with two tickets -- that's my fault. My beef is that CCP is quite uncaring and that surprises me, since they have one of the best Customer Service groups of any MMO i've played (and that's significant). So um, does anyone want to accidently find a ticket code laying on the proverbial "ground"?
