1. What do you use your carrier for? Name all the activities you use it for (ALL activities).
Killing stuff, hauling, killing stuff, lots more hauling, hot-droping on interesting and exotic people of a far away land... and then killing them, assigning fighters to umm… help others kill stuff, hauling.
(yes I can’t wait for jump freighters so I don’t have to haul no more)
2. How much support do you feel you should need when you field your carrier for combat when going against a gang of…
3? Wot?
5? Huh?
10? Sorrey… what?, no really… who the hell does that for a gang of 10?!
50? At least a couple of other carriers and at least 30 support, the more carriers there are, the less support is required. – to an extent that is.
3. Do you think you should be able to go 1 vs 5 and win? How about 1 v 10? In other words, how many people do you believe you should be able to kill alone taking ship types into consideration. How many BS/BC's/Cruisers/Etc?
5 batleships? All of em 
4 battleships and a recon? None of them!
4. Do you believe that you should be able to kill a large amount of ships simply because you spent a lot of money and skill time for the ship, regardless of it's designed role (this does not just include carriers)?
Rephrase that to “do you believe that a very serious investment in isk and skills should make a substantial difference in both survivability and firepower” then yes, yes I do. 
5. Do you believe carriers have too little (solo) firepower, too much, or just enough?
Enough, that said if you think it’s a solo ship, WoW is that-a-way >>>
6. What do you believe a carriers role is?
Whatever its pilot wants it to be, they are *highly* versatile ships, and this is a sandbox.
Not the answer you were looking for? Ok, it’s a combat ship first and foremost, a logistics ship second.
7. Do you believe the carrier achieves this role through it's current abilities?
No, Triage mode was supposed to make logistics a true option for carriers, it failed and needs rebalancing.
8. What would you change about the carrier if this drone change came into effect?
I’d sell it and the char that pilots it, I did not train the bloody thing to sit at a pos handing out fighters, I bought it to FIGHT in it.
