We have a team who do nothing more than direct the fiction, write it and pass it along. However, if you would like to contribute via the EVE Chronicles, you are more than welcome to send in a submission. If you are making a suggestion in regards to game design, such as the recent changes suggested for Carriers and Motherships, again the answer is a kindly no. We do ask for the community's input on changes and assistance with testing on Singularity. More than once have we reversed a design decision based on community feedback or added a feature at the community's request (Warp to 0, Bookmarks, etc.). As a result, the community does have a say in the progression and development of EVE. Finally, if you speak of changes to such things as CONCORD or the Empire's actions in high-sec, again the answer will be no. There is a very nice idea about modular star bases that actually look like a real star base complex and not just a few structures floating in space connected by space dust. It was posted more than a year ago in the Features and Ideas Discussion forum and everyone liked it, yet it received no response. People often post very constructive and detailed suggestions in the Features and Ideas Discussion forum, but none of them are taken seriously. There is a reason why Features and Ideas Discussion forum is regarded in the community as a black hole. There are many creative minds out there, far more creative than your content designers, who are willing to help you develop our game for free, yet you ignore them. They offer you complete features, almost ready to enter coding process, but nothing happens. As a community manager I would find that counter-productive.
