I'm too lazy to troll this thread, so will just post that my votes will go to whever goes for these things:
* Drops all stupid ideas of blob promotion. Stuff like: - wormhole stabilizer - remove FB's from supers, re-enable doomsdays to hit subcaps while nerfing their guns tracking, give back the moms their hp and regular dronebay (cuz obviously it's better they stay in giant blobs, rather than having people risk them in small scale combat, yah, and clearly the overpowered part is not related to their damage output rather than nothing else) - dish the stupid idea that motherships will be dockable - but only for nullsec blob entities (o_O) - dish the stupid suggestion of removing supers ewar immunity - remove all the sov upgrade crap that blobs people in nullsec fortresses - dish the stupid idea to make Faction Warfare 'nullsec light' with alliance diplomacy and leadership etc - dish the stupid idea of a cloak hunter, cloaked ships don't kill, ships with cloak have gimped lock speed and a 'lost' utility high, it's also one of few tools we smallscale hunters have versus blobs.. especially in their blobfortresses with multiple bubbles on gates, combatprobers everywhere, jumpbridges and whatnot - nerf POS and titan jumpbridges, while buffing black ops jumpbridge jumprange (but not size, it is good balanced as is in that regard) and fuel consumption
The current CSM has to be the most ****** one we had so far, all just blob incentitives and ruining smallscale PvP by the day. Everything in this game seems to be about living in sov null and having the most supers..
Above stuff is a 'must' imho, what I consider a 'bonus' would be this: Incentitives to get people out in belts - destroy upgraded sov fortresses, buff belt ratting, nerf level 4 and incursion rewards (i.e. spread people out) - and while they're at that, make sure that anomalies have as even spread in the whole region as possible, less blob systems where a gazillion ratters can sit fairly safe with plenty of time to GTFO when people enter local - boost rorqual and null mining, i.e. 1) buff belt mining in null 2) remove drone alloys and insert bounties 3) completely remove highend minerals from reprocessing so people stuff JF their mats out for production, it should be mined on spot (might want to look into giving barges/exhumers an ore bay, and making minerals way too big for JF's too) - delayed local in low and null, like in wh's
