Your opinion on the carrier nerf has been noted. Great. Get out of here, nobody wants to hear another word about it. You either STFU and get over it, or STFU and quit the game. Either way, your whining has accomplished nothing other than to plague our forums with incessant bullspit about your perceived notion of 'balance'.

Carriers arent being nerfed because someone in a BS was like "OMG I CANT FIGHT THEM SOLO" you f'in idiots.
They are being nerfed because they are WAY OUT OF LINE with their intended roles... JUST LIKE THE EOS!
They are trying to bring this thing called 'BALANCE' back into the game, and making it so that nobody ever has a solopwnmobile, ever.
Yeah, so what, your carrier isnt nearly as effective solo. Boo hoo. Quit over it, or STFU. Read my previous post.

One of the issues I think is with the bonuses it gets, and people realy don't know what the role of a carrier is.
I don't care if they remove all fighters from it, but give it some other bonuses.
The theory is that is meant to be alogistc support role, fixing 1500hp with remote rep in 2.5 sec using arround 800cap at Max skills is way too low,
Look at the Logistics cruiser size, it fixes more Hp in same time with half the cap of capital armour repairer for example.
So it has some logistic functions but not good enough to be used as such.
Haw can a 30 mil ship out perform it's 1 bil isk brother in the same functions.
Does not compute.

First of all, nothing is completely set in stone as the carrier change was a PROPOSAL. How do you expect to test changes unless it is on a test server?
Wait until the changes, if any, go live on Tranquility before you pack up your bags after crying on the forums for months.

My main account is inactive for a bit, but I'm Corwain...meet my hauling/probing alt..
Anyways I will certainly not be cancelling any of my 3 accounts (All around PvP/PvE char, Pirate character, or hauling/probing character). However for the last few months I've been training for a Thanatos that I have already purchased and kitted out, fully stocked dronebay and hanger array, all slots fitted, rigs in place. Since I've already got the jump skills and BS V is almost done I'll probly only train Carrier I and just use the sucker for moving stuff around losec and 0.0. Wish I'd trained for a Rorqal or a T2 freighter now.  I'll perfect my jump drive skills though, as more and more ships are using them now, even a few subcaps. Probly redirect my future SP into Mauraders and Blackops.
That said all my PvPing so far has been subcapital PvP, and I haven't quit so far so I doubt I will. I was looking forward to using a carrier in the future but as it is now demoted to being a less-expensive hauler and more-expensive POS repper I will probly not be using it much. Guess I can sell all those fighters and mods and buy a couple of T2 cruisers.

Its just a bloody ship, if you don't like them train something else. If I had a carrier I'd probably only use it for logistical issues like ship hauling and stuff, simply cause thats alot of isk to lose when it blows up.
