We're have room for all types and levels of experience, but especially combat veterans and mining crews looking for lowsec or even 0.0 operations! Read on... WHO WE ARE Hadean Drive Yards is an industrial Corporation, based upon military doctrine and organization. We've been with the EvE community for five years. We saw the Alpha and Beta phases and we've been here since day 1 of the public release. Chances are, many of you have purchased vessels that have come from the orbiting manufacturing facilities that are the Hadean Drive Yards. WHAT WE'RE ABOUT In a word, ships--from frigates to carriers and beyond. HDY was the first dedicated shipbuilding Corporation within the EvE universe and, over the years, has become a well-branded and almost household name in the EvE community. We've managed (for the most part) to stay out of the wars that have involved the Galaxy and have built the best ships possible for any and all clients. Whether an alliance, a large Corporation, or a single pilot, we've built ships to cover their needs. Pirate or Law Enforcement? No problem, we have just the ship you need. Our primary focus, however, is having fun and working in a team environment. Our members aren't just members, they are family. A few of the members of Hadean Drive Yards have been playing together for several years and lasting bonds of friendship have been established. Former members of Hadean Drive Yards who, for one reason or another, have ventured off into the great, black unknown, sometimes stop by just to say hello to some of the current members. EvE is as much a social outlet as it is an economic and military game of superiority. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for bright and motivated capsuleers who are looking to belong to something bigger than themselves, and who want to find friendship as well as a knowledge of the game. If you're a noob pilot looking for a home to start your EVE career then check us out. If you're a veteran pilot who wants to come in from the cold blackness of space then check us out. We have space for just about every play style. WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP GRANT? Well, aside from a fun and knowledgeable atmosphere to play in, you get several benefits: - Access to new technologies and invention opportunites, - The ability to amass personal wealth be it through mining or military maneuvers, - Knowledge and insight into the game from experienced players, - Mentorship which can provide insight and guidance towards your specific training curve, - A role in something bigger and more organized than single player interaction with the EVE universe. In addition to the above there may be other advantages, depending on your style and sense of play. HOW DO I JOIN HADEAN DRIVE YARDS? Simply visit the Hadean Drive Yards website (located at www.hadean.org) and learn about who we are, our rich history and our current goings on. Sign up on our forums, stop by the in-game channel at Shop@HDY and talk to some of the current members. Get a feel for whether, or not, we're right for you and once you have decided, visit the website again and fill out the online application. You'll be contacted by a Human Resources executive once it's been reviewed. For the most part our guys mine, mission, explore, rat, etc in between corp ops. Some get together for ad hoc ops, others trade, others try their hand at invention. We do have limited 0.0 access, and its not a requirement to base out of there, though we do encourage it. As for skillpoints, we prefer people with at least a few months under their belt, though we have made exceptions. Whats that about? This helps ensure that the Corporation grows automatically and takes away bean counting from the members to make their lives easier while still contributing. But for the tax you also get a lot of benefits as stated in the "WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP GRANT?" part in the first post. --- Hadean Drive Yards
