As far as I can tell from this thread he sold on the 26th, started accepting funds on the 26th and had received the full value of the bond by the 27th so 3 months should have been either 1/26/08 or 1/27/08. It's now February and he hasn't shown his head on MD, let alone clarified when he'll be paying. Hanoi was scheduled to leave on extensive military training/deployment/something the first week of February. The last time I saw Hanoi log on, he was looking at liquidating all assets and characters and quitting EVE since it would be one year + before he could play again. I do not know what ended up happening, but Hanoi stopped logging on around mid-January from what I could tell. I do not know any other details, and he never mentioned this bond to me in the last month of plans, so this is not an endorsement of hope or panic, just some second-hand knowledge.

"If so, is there even the slightest chance you will be deployed during this IPO?" If the answer is Yes then no thanks. Previous IPO's have failed for this exact reason. It's not really limited to military personal and I don't care what the job is, if it has the chance of taking you away from the game for a long period then you have no business starting an IPO. If someone is about to get shipped off overseas, possibly to Iraq or Afghanistan, the last thing they are going to care about is paying people in an online game.. they have much bigger things on their minds.
