It took me about half a year to lose my first pod. It turns out it simply required sitting at a safespot in a 0.0 system really tired because i haven't slept much the past night and eventually giving up trying to keep my eyes open and falling asleep ...

I've been shot down a few times. I managed to avoid getting podded thus far but you can't outrun the "pod reaper" forever, hehe.

I have been pretty good with getting away with pod (Well, naturally because I was pod-virgin so long!) but to my horror yesterday, there was a ebil interdictor with them.. needless to say that my pod just sit there while I realised a microsecond later that this is going to hurt ALOT
It's great being Amarr isn't it.

The first time i lost my pod was about 3 moths after i started when i jumped into a gatecamp in 3-FKCZ, the first time i killed a pod was when i was gatecamping in 3-FKCZ

About 2 weeks after I started, when I though low-sec might be fun 
Then again, if you're not being podded on a bi-weekly basis, you're probably not playing it right

You can loose a pod? Like misplace it or something? 
I've been in this pod since 2003, never even got the fluids changed. I'm rather really starting to stink, but i think i can hold on for a while until i can ambulate.

I lost my first pod after about 14 months of playing. To a Megathron and a Geddon in L4x - I have no idea how the hell they managed to kill my Taranis and pod, dont remember the episode

About 1 month in I decided to take an Osprey to M-OEE8, with predictable results. I learned about warp bubbles that day.

Russians took my pod virginity. I felt so secure in my little safe spot, so I decided to start eating my chicken sandwich. It wasn't 2 bites into the damn thing that I was hunted :(

Mt first pod was about 1 year after starting, I podded myself at that. I believe I have only lost 3 total (two suicides and one player) A lot of close calls though. ^_^

About half a year, but i was a real bad carebear early on. Since then however, i've only been podded 2 - 3 times in a year.
