The guy was spotted entering and leaving a station in X-7. Luckily it was one of our favorite stations. You know, the ones that shoot you out over 2km's after undocking. With a little help of a cloaked dictor, and rapier, we locked him down and sprung the trap. Jumped late. Heavies do comparable damage to fighters depending on skills. Also thanks for the confirm on the previous kill. Still, was awesome :)

It sounds as though a game mechanic error allowed you to get this kill and no actual skill of your own. Had this been out of a normal station and you bumped him away or otherwise caught him off guard I could have respected the situation, but to grab a ship that was incorrectly boosted from the stations perimeter.....tsk tsk
