Well, now that i'm taken in by the idea of a RP style Bio, im wondering...
Is there a way to increase the size of bios from the current 600-700ish character limit (to pre bio nerf days, if they were nerf'd)
Just wondering, because a friend of mine said he saw something about it awhile ago.

I don't think so, though what you could do is make a link in your bio that takes you to an ingame browser compatible web-page containing your bio.

If you're interested in RP then a large bio can do more harm than good. People will metagame a lot of the information in there if you tell them stuff. It's better to keep things short and sweet, and make the lazy psuedo-RP monkeys work for your backstory.

The only thing they can metagame from my bio is that I fly Caldari.... and Gallente...... and Minmatar ;D
The rest of it, I want to talk about my corp and such, and add a bit more back story to my character

Why? It was answered in the first reply. You can't increase the bio, but you can make an IGB compatible page and link that in your bio if you want.
Kind of annoying that people found ways to 'sploit something like a bio, really. I hang in the help channel quite a lot, was useful to keep an FAQ in there to refer to 20 times a day instead of copy and paste from notes.

I think CCP should make it so you can set a http:// as your bio so when you open someones bio it automatically redirects them to the webpage.
Plus HTML bios look better with pictures and such
