A couple little Q's.
If I am correct in assuming that the only good mods come from npc bs spawns? (which I for one can not find because they have removed the event rats.. as well I have once before gone 50 jumps away from empire space, spending 2hs doing so to get there and back, and still only found 45k-55k rats when there were 85k rats in 0.0 right next to empire space but thatĘs a whole different story)
(please correct me if I am wrong)
And since the only kind of ships that can take npc bs spawns are pc bs I am wondering why the lower level frigate spawns, which us n00bs in frigates take on don't drop frigate loot which is actually good? I mean if everyone complains about the overuse of bs why not make the smaller spawns more useful and actually make sense to use a small ship?
(please correct me if I am wrong)
And please, if you have any information to where a cruiser can go to get worth while loot please inform me. Because when I take on 85k ships they donĘt drop anything really worth while.(which take me a fair amount of time and also loose me security status because my last missile hurts the can and counts as an act of aggression against "_").
To reiterate, why donĘt lower level spawns(meaning other the bs spawns) give some rares? (that are actually worth something)

p.s. if I am mistaken please refrain from trolling, just explain where and how I can get the better equipment.
p.p.s. I don't have 5hs to explore a whole region for good spawns. I have devoted time before which was fruitless.

I'll presume that no one wants to help me out with where to hunt because they dont want to share.. although supposedly this game is about interacting with people.. whatever..
