I have been noticing increasing amounts of whining in these forums. Some are for a real reason like the carrier and torps change.
But webs now wtf? Where do you guys come up with these ideas? Do you have an ingame channel for this? Do you have a goal to produce one whine per day no matter how stupid it is?
And to answer your question. Yes. YES. I am happy with them.

Nerfing is the most idiothic thing that CCP does these days. Why the **** do you CCP even bother putting modules/shipps in the game if you nerf them after some time?Test the god damn things for a year and THEN put them in the game because i don't like ******* up a few months to train for something so that you can nerf it and i remain with the time lost.You want an example? Ok. Take the pilgrim...it is ******* useless after the NOS nerf and how long does it take to train for a decent pilgrim setup? I'd say at least a couple of months.It was one of my favourite shipps and now CCP killed it.
Conclusion: I am AGAINST the nerfing of anything.

I am happy with webs as they are.
I would be happier if there was a 30% nominal 30km range edition to supplement them.

No, I'm not happy with them. When I just started to play I was dreaming to became a frigate pilot  Too bad that in eve be a support ship pilot means fly as fast as you can and stay out of web range or be wtfbbqed.

i can't nano but i've encountered nanos, idc they've invested in their little speed monster, more ISK than i have made thus far i'm sure.
webs are fine, no more of these crazy "i need this nerfed changed." it always ends up just causing about 10 simaltaneous whine threads that explain that webs don't need to be changed. because they don't need to be changed. if you don't want to get webbed cuz your guns aren't to be used with in 10k, then don't go into 10k (i'm ignoring overheated webs and faction things). just practice avoiding that little web orb around your enemies, or if ur going to fire in web range then it really doesn't matter IMO, just try and rip em apart.
as for OP, you mentioned AF's, people are proposing new gank/tackle roles for them, like make the speed reduction factor greater when they use them, or a little increase in range, or maybe just a little increase in AF speed. those things i'm not opposed to, but webs themseles are fine.

It's fine, it does not need amending or fixing.
Possible outcomes for a "fix"
Nano ships would become unstoppable and therefore would have too be nerfed to compensate, resulting in a whine train.
It goes off signature radius and the lower the sig radius the more affective the webifier, which i turn, means if i catch a BS at a gate i cant stop it from getting back too said gate.
It would in turn nerf the final recon that hasn't been hit by the nerf bat.
All in all, go whine about your real life problems instead of trying too compensate in an online game.
