Anyone play Half Life2 (HL) what do you think of orange box in pictular Episode Two? I may buy orange box so I would like to get some other opions on the game(s)

Orange box is probley the best game out atm, with episode 2 + portal + TF2 its simply an amazing pakage. WELL worth it, so yes GET IT!.

ya I know that it is good value but I was wondering about story-line, game play, ect. and if anyone has any thoughts/opinons on it

Well worth a buy for the ú25-35 you'll pay for it
Portal will keep you occupied for least 3-4 hours and longer if you do the challenges.
Episode 2 is a massive improvement over Episode 1, huge environments and large battle's plus the storyline is better than Episode One and the campaign will take you 3-5 hours longer than episode one.
TF 2 is huge fun online if your playing with friends.

I'm loving Episode 2. The gameplay was just "more of the same" at first but as I near what I suspect is the end of it it's getting better and better, and there's actually some cool storytelling and links back to the original Half Life.
TF2 is hilarious, great fun, bit fast for an old codger like me, I can't keep up with the young'uns, but I can play medic or engineer at my doddery, sedate pace, and still have great fun :)
Not got to Portal yet, saving it for last :D
All in all well worth it, just go buy it :p

Don't worry, I don't either. More importantly, I normally really, really hate games like TF2. However, sometimes I do play it and I do have a good bit of fun. I tend to stick to medic though because I can't shoot for ****.

Trust me, you will laugh at TF2 just because of the comedy setting. It's very well done.

Portal is simply a must play. It's brilliant.
If you are a Half Life fan EP2 will leave you very satisfied in many ways. I think it also has the most dynamic game play out of all HL games.
I don't play team fortress, so can't comment on that. But Orange Box is a wonderful buy for its price even if you are not into that gaming genre.

Portal is quite brilliant.
The game idea it's self and it's implementation is excellent, but also it has a real atmosphere too. Some nice touches and the ending will make you tap your feet ;)

Man, Orange Box is the BEST package you can buy. Especially the pricings.
Half-Life 2
H-L 2 - Episode 1
H-L 2 - Episode 2
Portal
Team Fortress
Who wouldn't buy Orange box? :) Especially on the Xbox 360 and PS3 (soon).
Of course I did own H-L2 and Episode 1, which result extra copies and ability to give those extra copies as gifts. I play TF2 almost everyday. Fun game. I enjoyed Portal best, followed by Episode 2 (especially the last level which I wouldn't spoil you.  )
All in all, you should really get it! TF2 experience would be alot better if Valve release the damn SDK kit already!

Whats the SDK kit :s ?
SDK = Source Development Kit, iirc
The next update should allow full use of the SDK tools for Portal and TF2 without needing to use a workaround.
