Set your resolution to 1920 x 1200.
Play.
Read anything.
I have trouble reading most forum threads with the text as small as it is. I finally understand why people hated me using 8pt fonts on a website when my display resolution was below average.
I also agree that the old font was easier to read. I submitted several complaints about the current font when it was introduced, complete with screen shots and possible changes. I did this at CCP's request after filing a petition... but I don't believe anything has been changed.

I use 1680x1050 and have no issues with seeing the Eve font because of its size - but getting locations wrong because some letters and numbers look similar happens alllll the time 
PS - there's an option in the UI to make the font bigger and smaller, does it not work?

I play at 2048x1536 and have no problems. More options are always good though. However, text tends to overlap other widgets when made bigger, so any bigger++ options that are adding will need more intelligent handling of the text in the UI.
Incidentally, I have a lot of experience doing server-side coding for websites, thus I am qualified to tell you that smaller fonts would take over 9000 man hours to implement.

I'd like a more readable font. The current font makes distinguishing certain letters/numbers difficult.
