With too many threads always trolled into oblivion, I thought we better try it the other way around: Just post who you would like to see in the next CSM, maybe with a short comment to reason your opinion.
For me, it would be Malcanis and Hans Jagerblitzen, because of this thread. -.- |

Definitely not the current CSM.
Malcanis may be OK, I'd have to check his past forum posting. Hans Jagerblitzen is an old acquaintance whom I haven't talked to for quite a while now.
Issler Dainze seems to share the same viewpoints and concerns on various topics and issues that I have with this game. |

I have to second this. Ofc if the highsec "Political non interested" find themselves a candidate or two won't be mad but I think the current CSM worked quite well with CCP. Regardless fo the political affiliations.
Hell if the nun-nullsec dwellers do not care about it enough to vote why should they have to moan? Its the same in normal democratic process ;) |

Failing any of the above, I would have no qualms voting-in any of the existing CSM.

What I don't want to see is anyone representing all the people who only have their interests in mind, instead of whats best for the game overall. I'm reasonably happy with a the majority of the CSM as it stands but I think Malcanis and Hans Jagerblitzen would be invaluable replacements for some less able current members and would bring a fresh insight and more holistic approach to the CSM's task. |

Maybe you should have tought about the consequences before writing your highsec manifesto?
Getting so many of us hooked on a really great and- more important: feasible - vision how to improve gameplay for everyone also came with a responsibility. Do you really expect us to say something like "Nice writeup, now get out and never post again while I watch ponies on youtube?"
You started it, all I ask of you is that you have the decency of finishing it.

People I would like to see run (or not, because it'd make it hard for me to choose)
Jester (Ripard Teg) Tippia Malcanis Lady Spank
Lyris, although he would be interesting, would be the 3rd goon on the panel, and while I'm not a conspiracy theorist that thinks goons controlling the CSM would bring about the death of eve, I still believe would be just agreeing with anything mittens suggests.
The top three on my list would all be able to disseminate subjects, and all be able to play devil's advocate. At the same time I don't want Jester to run, because I think currently he does a better job of the above at his blog, and would be better staying on the outside looking in, and unstifled by an NDA.
Lady spank, because lowsec needs a dedicated representative, and sorry Dar, your not it bro. And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell. Ten fathoms deep on the road to hell. |
