Im in the process of petitoning CCP for the loss of my Machariel with faction fittings ( my mission ship) so far to no avail. Ive had my 1st petition denied. But i will prevail.
I was on mission and under attack from all and sundry, when it was time to warp out. All web frigs were dealt with, just a couple of cruisers and about 4 BS left. It was just a case of warping out, repairing and warping back, simple, done it a 1000 times.
But on this occasion, warp drive was activated but nothing happened, i was stuck and got popped. I wasnt to worried because it was obviously server error, i would get back my loss......wrong.
CCP had no record of an error at that time ( heard that before?) and were very sorry for my loss...hmmm. I want to hear from anyone else who has had the same experience, i will not let this lie

Someone needs to accept responsibility, it cannot go on like this. We get nice new shiny ships, but basics play is not taken care of. Suck you in, get your money and **** you......hmmm, i dont think so. Would you complain if the plumber did not do his work properly...YES, you would.

You dont understand, its not a tantrum, its my right as a consumer. I am paying for a product, get real. Enough now please, i just want to hear from people who have had similar probs...Force in numbers, get it?

Exactly my point.....we just accept wat CCP say...its not good enough..too many flaws. I would rather have committed server to Marauders and Black Ops...Do you want CCP to be Tescos or Wallmart?

Its really strange how many people will come to the defence of CCP..............think about it. I only want to hear from guys who have had same experience...this is not a therapy session.

You just dont get it, i pay for a service that doesnt work, anyother service and you would all be up in arms, why are you protecting CCP? Wake up. I love playine this GAME, i dont want to leave, but i want it to be REASONABLE. Understand? For those who get it, thanks for your support. This is fundamentally not right, thats all. Im not going to shut up.

Thats not my problem, its for CCP to sort out, im the customer, im not doing their job for them. Be sensible.
