quick answers:
1. from few days to few weeks, depends from your ship/skills and ISK...
2. Train connections to lvl4. If you have alot of isk, you can rise your standing very fast(few days) in "data centers" one is in "Kamokor". OR/and you can gang up with the guy who runs lvl4s and wants to split his standig/LP (0.1-0.2 standing increase per mission) , in the last scenario you can sit in the station and do nothing ...

I started doing L1 missions about a week go. I worked my up until I could use the highest quality L1 agent. I then continued to grind that agent until I was able to use the highest quality L2 agent. I don't necessarily need the ISK because I have an old trade character who made a decent sum of money to help give my mission career a boost start. I'm still doing L2 missions (not enough SP to fly the type of Drake that I want) and I'm at about 5.75 Caldari Navy standing. I've got about 9.2 standing with the L2 agent I am using, and the quality is around 32 (base is 18). I only have connections trained to L1, so I'd image I'd be quite higher in standing if I had it trained to L3 at the minimum.
One thing I would like to ask is how much ISK is the average mission runner making in about an hour? This is assuming the use of a CNR, with named fittings, decent skills, and salvaging. Just curious to see what is at par once I get setup. I'm hoping that I can grind L4 missions to support my PvP, and maybe in the future as a way to purchase GTC's seeing as I am in a bit of a financial blob

Get a friend that can already do L4s, gang up with him, do the missions in a duo for just one specific agent, split standings. You should have access to that L4 agent yourself in a couple of days tops... you will have access to the agent even if corp standing is relatively low (you will have a much higher agent standing).

25 mil per hour is a cake-walk. 50 mil per hour (or more) if you're very good, a bit lucky, and know how to "cash in" your LPs well. _

Thanks Akita, I appreciate your response. By "cashing in" your LP's do you mean using your LP's to purchase goods from the agent, then selling those goods on the market/contract? Thanks again for your guidance and information.

Precisely. Target goods with at least, but preferably a lot more than just 1000 ISK per LP overall profit.
For instance, attribute implants are BAD, they are the worst you could possibly get, almost no ISK per LP. Faction ships are quite horrid too, most of the time anyway... CNR however comes close to 800-900 ISK/LP. Connection skillbooks and specialisation books are mildly ok, but still on the bad side (under 1k/LP). Nexus chips are almost "breakeven" (1k ISK/LP NPC buy orders, minus sales tax), however combat corps usually don't have them in LP shops. On the other hand, faction ammo is quite nice, even over 1500 ISK per LP overall, but tougher to move/sell due to volume.
What's best changes all the time, and it's not the same for all regions or all players in a region... yet the "bad" choices are pretty much bad all the time. _

Thanks for explaining that to me and saving me some time so now I don't have to bother price checking absolutely everything that my agent will offer me .

Maybe cause he's factoring in losses due to player pirate activity. Otherwise, I believe, the lower the security the higher the rewards should be for the missions. |

Yes low sec can be dangerous its best if you can find a .5 sec with the agent in it surrounded by high sec systems so that you have as little chance as possible of losing your ship.

I mean by that that you will earn better isk/h in lower end isk/h in reasonably pimped CNR than in low sec in T2 fitted regular raven.
Using faction fitted CNR in low sec is not done for rewards but for adrealine. From risk vs reward viewpoint it's stupid for just 1 mil more rewards and few thousand additional LP points over hi sec (bounties are same in mission from sec 1.0 down to sec 0.0).

Don't do this. As soon as you get a lvl 2 agent, use it regardless of quality and as soon as you get a lvl 3 switch to that. No reason to grind a lower level agent 1 second after you get a better one. For example a -10 lvl 4 will give you more money/lp/standing than a +10 lvl 3.
