An alt of mine trains alot faster than my main and i know it is due to my character setup but my main is a great character and i would love to make him faster than my first this is why i am asking about plus 7's as i cant even find plus 6's.

I still wish CCP would introduce Attribute implants with industrial implications.
But yea, +7 are not out, I dont know why though, its not like they will be overpowered or anything...

Only in the database.
AFAIK, none have been in the posession of any "normal" player, ever.
You know, just like the anti-cloaking pulse, or DED Connections, for instance.
DB is full of entries that never actually had any instances.

It's always like this, competition ages ago, buddy of a friend of a roommate looted one in a level 5 mission, my fathers sisters daughters boyfriends dog got one in an exploration plex, etc.
It's never: I got it. I got it here in this way and the screenshot to back it up.
They're in the DB and there's no way to get them. End of story. Provide screenshots if you disagree.

+7's don't exist in game - they are in the Db but no one has got any ]
Industrial implants exist - see the F60 :-P but not both attribute and industrial
