has anyone found a use for these things? i got one befor i got a stabber and i fount it had horid powergrid and cap problems even for a basic cruser

makes my collection of minmatar ships complete ? :)
i bought one ages ago, it was my first Cruiser, spend some good times in it, but when u can afford better stuff, it indeed is a lacking ship :)

Haha, too true. I saw one for the first time about two weeks ago, even though I've been playing since August. I was blown away, and it so was "WTF is that?!"

it¦s ugly and very much lacking in every respect.
imo the only useful minmatar cruisers are the stabber and the rupture.
I¦d love to see the low-end cruisers be put to some specific roles... lets face it, the ladder isn¦t really applicable anymore since the price differences are marginal.

Scythe's are cool looking. They are the only minmatar cruiser to have blue exhaust nozzles and exhaust, and actually they are pretty cheap to make. People tend to price gouge tho. 1 million can be a big difference for somebody just starting out, looking to get rid of their frigate and into their first cruiser.

I'd tend to disagree with your assesment of the Minmatar cruiser line-up.
As for usefulnesss, probably the most versatile cheap cruiser in the game is the Bellicose. Good drone bay, nice amount of missile slots, and good speed. Can mine in relatively hostile areas due to the number of drones it carries.

i like the lil scythe, one of the most capable lvl 1 cruisers if u can manage to cram some guns on it with the crappy minmatar powergrid and CPU.
sadly i went looking for one and found them more expensive then a stabber in most systems...so i bought an osprey instead for a killer 2.5mil
i made a lil alt for scouting a while ago and he flew a scythe for about 5 hours..never did any fighting in it, but i liked the ship
