I agree with the op btw
There's plenty of small gang pvp to be had.
CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that. |

Unfortunetly everytime i engage in any pvp ready pilot im jumped by more than 10 other pilots.. sometimes i escape other times i dont. Can you not "in your wisdome" create some negative effect in large congregation of players?
I personally get a rush out of small ship combat, rushing into larger numbers and hopefully pulling off a winning maneuver to win the day. But this past year Eve has become so NUMBER orientated i no longer get the adrenaline rush i once did.
Which is a massive shame, most game dont get that out of you - this game promotes massive loss from massive risk, but everyone i seem to come up agaisnt seem to just group up in larger numbers. It cant be fun for them in all fairness. Pirates give them a rush of adrenaline why the hell can we get some benifit to fighting outnumbered and outclassed on our terms!
Environments or Gravimetric *black hole disturbance* or some phenomenon to allow the pilots with some balls to win. Its becoming a game about 'who has the most numbers' that should not be so. Allow the corps without recruitment macro spammers to fight without the sick numbers the bigger alliances have.
Black OPs are not a solution - i dont have 2 billion isk to throw at the problem.
My CEO doesnt reconise this game anymore from what it was 3 years ago. i tend to agree with him. Please dont make this a numbers game bring something to the little guy!
I'm a firm believer that pirates are an integral part of this game. But, have you ever stopped to consider how the miner or NPC'er you gank feels when you blow them up without them ever even having a chance against your superior PVP-fitted ship? Aren't you being just as opportunistic as the gang that came with numbers? Suck it up, just as you expect those you prey on to suck it up.

Dude , you will see small players killing Solo , Small Gang or even 30+ player groups.
Thing is that they are all effective.
You want some info on small effective gangs , well dude talk to the Church one of the more effective groups at this.
If you dont want the challenge which is PvP , meaning out of the box , never knowing what your going to face combat then head back to Highsec and a mission areas where you can always get a win.

Learn to read.

I did. Being blown up by a group of people who got tired of you hunting them down sucks, thats pirate life however.
