MORRS	Posted - 2007.11.04 18:22:00 - [1] I am in Jita and all I get is a black screen when I try to log in, been trying for 4 hours now. Any ideas? I can log my other characters in though, they are not in Jita.

If system is full and you are trying to login, you get choice of spawning at nearest station not in capped system, OR waiting... 3. If system is full and you are trying to jump/cyno in, you get denied until system pop is below 300
