Lots of Pew pew in the last few months as Ceo of Oxide. MJ was fun but showed how faulty the MAD pact was Smashkill and Co gave MAD pact a nice bloody nose in that small war. Since then Oxide has pew pewed with a good host of old reds and some old blue's since some of our friends changed from "blues" to grey. So no matter what becomes of OXIDE or the Drone regions great politcal and pew pew battles with folks.
I have no smack to talk or flashy comebacks. But props to my Oxide members that do show up day in and day out.
Best of luck to you guys, bud. It's a tough situation but I think you guys will land on your feet somehow. Just show well for yourselves and whatever happens, people will remember how you conducted yourselves.

Don't ask me. I've been trying for 3 months, each time I think have it down something else happens and back to the drawing board.

For me, the Drone Regions are a black hole of confusion and nebulous agendas. I don't even go in there...I think I've been in there like twice when Ka-Tet was just arriving on the scene. 
I do wish OXIDE and Demondrew the best. Drew is a good, earnest guy stuck in a tough situation.

Luckily, we can just fly over and say hi whenever we want. It really is a public service we do. Alliance leaders can contact me and for only 200 mil per roaming gang we'll come by for some 'PVP Practice'. We can work on bulk deals deals as well, the more you buy the more you save! ;) You can also play tricks on your friends....You can send us at your neighbor for the same price. Laugh at Timmy's smoked mining op, that will teach him not to watch local!! Trim the alliance fat!!! Buy them some PVP practice today!!!

To your first point, though, I think a these events (this one and the Branch conflict) are serving to fracture the politics of the north rather than creating a bigger "napfest."
Then again...I'd have to understand and/or be well-informed about drone region politics to know for sure...heheh.

Orree mate, i have no clue and i've been up here for months, dont even try to understand it. Unless you have an infinite supply of asprin and large amounts of alcohol

I put a 12-pack of Spaten Oktoberfest into the fridge when I was home for lunch today. I'll see if I can get Drone Region politics sorted out by the time I get half way through it tonight...lol.
True story...I was talking to Demondrew some days ago (before this "war" started) and I was like, "So where is OXIDE living these days?" The poor guy says, (paraphrasing) "Errr...OXIDE space." I just didn't know. I had to check a map. 
I need to get a drone regions specialist to provide me with a class...heheh.
