IIRC, you guys left 3FA for NORAD later on, if memory holds up :p I'm sure I'd catch hell for saying that my best times fighting NORAD was at the alliance tourney, just before NORAD (largely) merged with RISE (if my rusting memory serves me). Still miss those times in Syndicate, though. Y4Y7-Q fo' life. I even recall leaving a bit of me behind when we moved out; there's a corpse of mine floating there. All nostalgia about the game, when, as you put it, was just a game, reminds me of how far we've come since. It's good to look back, but that does not mean where we're all at now doesn't matter. It's amazing to think of, back when the battles in VV-VCR (xCA & VOTF vs 3FA, JQA and XETIC) were considered among the largest battles of EVE; but I think there's still a sip or two left in the bottle for us. When large turrets could kill a frigate in one shot and so could torps. When everyone flew Scorpions. When the Armageddon was the worst BS, second only to the Dominix.
