A few months ago, I was flying through arnon belts in a rifterlooking for a fight I come across someone ratting frigates in a caracal. I see one of his wrecks I procedd to flip it, lock and orbit him he started shooting and I fired back, eventually killing him. After I killed him he sent this mail: *****

I showed the kill to my ceo at the time and I forwarded the mail the victim sent to him. My friend later forwaded this mail to him:

It has been brought to my attention that you recently lost a Caracal-class cruiser to one of my stalwart pilots. While I ordinarily do not contact those who my pilots kill, it was related to me that you decided to take it upon yourself to send a message (henceforth referred to as "HATEMAIL") to my pilot.
Now upon examination of your mail, which I received as a forward from noble Awarmingcoat, I come across some glaring inconsistencies. I have included the mail here so that you too can evaluate it with me.

Now, ordinarily this kind of HATEMAIL is relished by myself and those I employ in my corporation, Deliciously Vicious. As a matter of fact, I reward my members whose actions cause this kind of outburst in return.
HOWEVER, some glaring inconsistencies between your response and the sequence of events that preceded it demand specific address. I have included for your convenience, a link to what is the battle report of this encounter:

Your poorly organized piece of HATEMAIL indicates you consider Mr. Awarmingcoat a "*****", and that "he was getting beat" so he then "sent in his little friends".
Notice the kill details, where it says you died in your Caracal-class cruiser to Mr. Awarmingcoat in his Rifter-class frigate. I hope I don't have to explain to you how a frigate is a smaller ship class than the cruiser, so your implications of Mr. Awarmingcoat being a ***** are beginning to look a bit thin. Of course you then go on to say he was "getting beat", which is once again contradicted by the clear evidence in the form of a killmail, in which you are the victim and my glorious pilot the victor.
Then, you bring up that he sent in his little friends. Perhaps you are unaware of how eve works. Awarmingcoat is the only player character on the killmail! The other is merely an npc frigate, which I am sure you can handle on your own. To insinuate that my pilots have the ability to call upon Serpentis Agents whenever they get into fights is truly absurd.
Now, we have established that my noble pilot was not a coward, was not beat, and did not bring in friends!
I won't begin to get into how terrible your caracal was fit. I will merely leave you with this, I hope you learned something today. Any further comments, questions or complaints can be sent to myself and I will deal with them as I see fit.
