Edit: and twice now:
"The package appears to have been corrupted. Do you wish to try to download it again?
md5sum returned this errorcode: 256"
For those of you wishing to download and install the Linux client and you have already installed the test client.
Download the .dat and the .dat.md5 files to your home directory.
The start the Eve Configuration utility and select reinstall. Point it at the new dat/md5 files and the game will reinstall with the new version overwriting the old version. http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/linux/EveOnline-linux-000893_41736.dat http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/linux/EveOnline-linux-000893_41736.dat.md5

The Dev team is aware of the issue with the lack of killmails being sent and have found a fix. To deploy the fix, it is necessary to reboot the server, an operation that will begin momentarily. We apologize for the inconvenience the server reboot will cause.

Don't know why it's in the release notes, as far as I know then this is still a known issue.

Please file a bug report with as much detail on your antivirus software and the virus defintion/signature files as possible so we can contact the maker of your antivirus software.
