You only need cloaking 4 for the widow though as they downgraded the skill reqs recently.

The guy that mentioned the scorp may have a point soon (ECM boost) but I don't think you'll have the DPS to break any halfway tanked ship.

Caldari are pretty sucky at solo pvp. They just have the wrong slot layout.
But when it comes to group pvp where other ships can compliment them, the caldari are as good as any other race.

Which word didn't you understand, "solo" or "sniper"? A sniper can't scramble a target on its own thus they can't solo PvP.
My offering to this would be the Nos/Torp Rokh but with the recent nerfing of Nos it doesn't perform nearly as well. I had some good luck with it back in the day though. Now that I think about it I'm amazed I never lost one....

Instapopping haulers and frigates, bubbling up and sniping them on their way out? ;)
Nos/Neut/torp rokhs work well, and will be awesome with the buff. And the blasterrokh is being neglected however hard it is to fly.

I realize how rediculous it sounds but......:
Has anyone ever tried a nano-blasterrokh setup? would it even make a difference? AND YES I REALIZE A MEGA WORKS BETTER!*!
