I'm not asking for t2 bpos too be released again ;p But afore if a bpo got taken out (popped, or inactive and such) they were eventually reseeded so the active t2 bpo amount was kept active and all that good stuff. So I was wondering... Is that still happening or does CCP just wanna let them slowly phase out? ;p (yes it would be very very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy slowly ;p)

They are not inserting them anymore into lottery. Dont have link at hand but if you search for 'it's dead Jim' then you should have no problems finding devpost stating in very clear words that there is no T2 lottery and there shall not be T2 lottery in the future either.

And taking them out would be cheating the people that have the BPO. Many BPO owners put a lot of time and isk into getting them. I'd just like to see what would happen to prices on lesser-used modules if the BPOs for them were removed. There is option 3 too: "Hey, there are no T2 verson of module X on market, so it is one of those that don't have a T2 version, pity." Most people will not bother to look if the module has a T2 version if they don' find it on market, even less will put a buy order for modules they don't see there, so the market for a lot of smallish T2 modules would die. At the same time things like T2 light drones will go to 300-400K or more, essentially killing the market for them, togheter with 90% of the ammunitions. I must admit that sometime I am tempted to support this drive on the destruction of T2 BPO only for the fun of seeing the same person whining on forum for the cost of T2 items after some week.

T2 stuff is cheap and Mal is happy. CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.
