ok ive only been playing for 2 days, right now My 2 agents have started repeating missions so those are boring, ive bought the most expensive ship i can fly and upgraded it as much as my skills allow.
So what do i do now? i know theres gotta be a ton more stuff to do but the tutorial only explained missions.

is there any faster way to level skills? it'll take like a week to get a few up

If you keep doing missions from the same agent, yeah they will repeat and will never get harder. That was my mistake when I first started, I expected the agent to start giving me harder and more advanced missions. In EvE missions dont work that way. Running missions with one agent earns you standing within that agents corporation that opens up higher level agents to you. Those agents are rarely in the same system you are in.
So do this. Click on your agent and look at his corporation in detail. Click the "Agents" tab under the corporation. This will show you a list of all the agents that currently work for that corporation split between those avaliable to you, and those you cannot use yet. The more missions you run, the more agents will become open to you. Find the agent on this list with the highest level, and the highest quality, set your destination to that agent, and continue your missioning career with him. After running missions for a while with him, look to see if you have opened up higher level agents again.
Eventually you will move to level 2 agents, then 3, then 4. They get harder, more involved, and more lucrative the higher you go.
Also, if you want to work for a different corp just look it up, click on the Agents tab, find one, and start grinding.
Also, about skills....EvE is a game that takes time. If you are turned of by training times of 2-3 days, then perhaps you may want to look elsewhere for your MMORPG fix. But I will say this...(In general) getting a skill to a functional and usable (but not uber) level normally only takes a few days (level 4) it is when you want that extra oomph or that tech 2 variant that level 5 becomes necessary.
By the time tech 2 becomes a part of what you need, you will be familiar enough with the game not to need advice on it.

Train connections IV skill (and social IV). This will give you access to more difficult level 2 agents right away. Missions are picked from this one large pool so of course they are going to repeat if you do a lot. You can also try other things - join a corp, venture out to low sec and 0.0, participate in a war, mine ores and manufacture things, do scan probing and exploration, try out trading, piracy, scamming, invention. There are lots of things to do.

I know how you feel. I felt the same way when I joined over a year ago. Now a skill that takes 3-4 days is a short skill. I have some on my plan that span over 45 days for a single skill.

Sometimes I wish skills would take longer to train :P
Just changing those 10 minutes up to 8-9 hours skills is really annoying, especially if you have 2 accounts or more.

In the Skills channel, there's a Sticky or two at the top...look through these for EVEMon. EVEMon seems to be one of the better out-of-game tools for skills. Just line up which skills you want to train up in a Plan, then hit Suggestions for what learning skills will help you get where you want to be.
If you train Cybernetics, you can start putting Implants in your head. Slots 1-5 are reserved for attribute enhancers. The higher your attributes are (for the skill you're training) the faster the skill trains.
As for missions repeating, when your corp/faction rating gets high enough, try out a Level 2 agent for a mission.....You will NOT be bored. (Fried to a crisp maybe, but not bored)
