Overview:
The goal of this division is to raise fund for establishing a healthy foundation of bpcs on the market to be used in invention. The current plan is to raise 10b for this operation by issuing 10,000 @ 1m each.
Business Plan:
10b worth of BPOs will be bought and place in C.R.A labs for copying. An alt of my will join to manage the process. To guarantee I won't run off with 10b, a collateral have been provided to C.R.A to hold and will be returned once I bring the BPOs to be locked down. A representative from C.R.A will post here to confirm.
Earning and Dividends:
100% of the profit minus the 300m administration and lab fees will be returned in form of dividends. The estimated earning after all the fees are 6-9% monthly. First dividend will be paid 40 days after the the completion of the offering and every 30 days thereafter.
All the bpcs would be either sold on open market or sell internally to be used when the 2nd division becomes operational.

Share Purchasing Information:
To purchase shares, send increments of 1,000,000 isk (1 million) to "Synergy Development" along with an eve-mail with the number of shares you are requesting. As the Corp is newly created, creation for new shares will take 24 hours. So you shall receive your shares on sunday.

I'm aiming at 6% at least. The chance for it to stay above that is high, but not 100% guaranteed. Anything below that I will reduce administration fee to try cover it.
All in all I will do what i can so everyone can benefit.

nov. 11th will be marked as day 1 of operation and 40 days afterwards first dividend shall be distributed.

first dividend is dec. 20th and will be counting by # of days, not a fixed day in a month.

Yes, I do plan to list there. Just need to wait a month though due to their listing policy which require 1 month of activity.
