The majority of Amarr slaves are Criminals and Prisoners of War. Some of the criminals are even purchased from other Empires, discreetly of course. Citizens often fight taxes because of personal greed, and a convicted felon sentenced to life without parole is often an unexpected and untapped revenue stream.

Thats probably one of the larger reasons that the Republic is faced with so many problems. In their zeal to release and welcome every slave they come across, they are literally cradling the viper to their bossom.

Also the Archbishop has already indicated that he is doing missionary work, filling his holds with food and water. Offering salvation.
Salvation often requires servitude, but not necessarily slavery. Not every servant is a slave, and not every slave is a servant.

As have been posted by Archbishop, here are those willing people at only the first system that he visited. An oceon refers to the many more millions upon of millions of people in rest of the systems under Gallente control. I do hope this wasn't too difficult for you to understand. I am always willing to take in you if you wish to be enlightened in the way of glory that is Amarr.

I have made a mistake and made my gesture of apology. The Intaki who said I should is satisfied. Confession is good for the soul and I confess the error of my ways in believing the Gallente guide who assured me our cargo was legal. Rest assured I would not intentionally break more Gallente laws and I will focus instead of bringing those desperate people to the safety of the SPCS versus feeding them in Gallente space. As for the terrorists who attack innocent Amarrians criticizing me I find that obscenly hypocritical. Notice now how they turn on their Gallente "friends" as well.

But back to the SPCS. This little incident has given me an idea. Why should we feed the Gallente in the Gallente stations? I mean the poverty is still around them and they are still filthy and despaired. When we leave it is the same way again. But what if we had a different methodology?

Yes a new focus - we have food - but only on the SPCS station. We can run Bestowers to Gallente space to offer free transportation and we can feed as many as we can. As I said protein delecacies would be outlawed from the SPCS menu so these Gallente could come, eat a good meal and listen to a sermon, and consider their future in the comfortable and safe environment of Port Sanctuary.

An excellent initiative! I can not thank those who criticized my error of brining protein delecacies into the Federation enough. This new "Operation" shall be called "Food Shelf" and will be dedicated to you.
