I've started an OSX channel in the game, it's open to all users and is really easy to join.
Just do it once, and then it'll be available every time you reconnect.

Looks cool, I'm hoping to get a MBP soon so I'll probably see you guys in the channel. Keep pushing the channel and it will probably catch on.

Don't be afraid to come in and chat people, I know there are alot of Mac users out there and it would be cool to hit the 30+ mark. 
On a side note; only 3 days old and my pic is up on forums, woot! |

I think this is a great idea.
How many players are in the channel during evenings?
Glue applied no need for more bumps.

Right now we have around 20-25 regulars each evening.
There's always room for more people though, swing by if you're like some familiar company and/or help from fellow macites :)

Everyone come join us! I signed on as soon as I saw that Bow set us up. Noobites and Experienced pilots are welcome. It's a friendly atmosphere, good chatting and advice available from the guys who switched over from the windows client.

just found this (and have logged off for the night), will join in-game tomorrow.
btw, i'm running on a macbook (64mb shared vram), which doesn't meet the minimum requirements. truth be told, it crashes several times a day (and sometimes i have to power-cycle) but it's better than not playing :)
thankfully i have an imac at work which is more than capable :) i'm also looking into buying an imac for the "home office".

I'm way jazzed about Eve coming out for mac... I stopped playing Eve a year ago, because I bought a new comp and it was a mac (which has changed my life and I'll never regret it :P). I got an email news letter from Eve and it looked interesting so I checked out the site and low and behold, there was a Mac client download. So I signed up again and I'm excited :D
Anways, I'll join the channel now.

I'll check in on the OSX channel when next I'm on.
I went out and bought a MacBook Pro immediately upon release of the Eve Online Mac client, as that's when I'd told myself I'd upgrade to an Intel-based Mac.
So far, so fun.
