Geez, if I were you I'd ask for something of value.
Not sure how many corps are in CA these days but i was told somewhere between 40 and 50, the average lvl 2 BS costs the best part of 100 mil so it totals up to at least 4 - 5 billion........not to shoody for doing jack sh!t.

If you really want to see the difference we made in venal hop in a ship and fly over there, and while your passing through check out how many of the stations we own. Venal is like a ghost town, the same thing happened with CA last time, although the CA got a break that saved them in the form of Castor. Castor gave Curse time and much needed resources, remember CA pre-Castor? no?
