Although this guy is a low skill point toon, he's not a quick manufactured toon for Tengu.
He's been missioning and now has Level 4 Access with Gallente Federal Navy Agents, so
Dodixie Fed Navy 20, IV agent is available to this toon, and the processing and broker fees are very low.
He's been functioning as a helper for the most part, running missions for added DPS.
He has T2 Heavy Missiles Ready and Can Fly A Tengu although he really needs his subsystems upgraded ASAP.
He mostly flew a Drake while missioning throwing heavies, and can easily solo a level 3 right now. If you want to do solo level 4's with him at the moment you will need to keep range since his shield skills are weak. Skill him as he helps your Main on IV's or solo 3's, He also can fly a Noctis and Salvage for you after the battle.

So, he's certainly not worth 3.9b on SP alone. His real value ATM is his standings with Federal Navy for agent access, and the time savings to skill his Tengu. If you want to build a rep fast in Gallente for another character, he will save you countless hours of grinding low level missions.
He's a great value to someone who needs agent access, and wants to play around in a Tengu (although don't try to do anything crazy in one yet, he might fly in to a planet or something).
All CCP rules apply and character gets ISK and pays transfer fee.,

it's so funny when bidders bid under a billion. I like the bump, but do you really think the seller is going to say " that is such a wonderful bid" I will only be negative - 195m if I sell to her after 2 x plex fees..

ok here is my argument, if i was to bring you half a porsche and try and charge you full price? no... so half a tengu pilot - 800mil bid , dont have to accept , and if you dont consider it a free bump. A character is only worth what somebody is willing to pay |

People are seriously getting ******** with these Tengu characters. They take their little buddy trials add a plex or two it get 4mil SP and ask for 4bil.
I mean seriously? 1 bil per 1mil SP? Horrible level 1 skills on most of it. But anyway... Goodluck.
