I dont have any probs with goons.
They can post whatever they want in the forums.
They can use whatever gamemechanic they want in the game.
They should follow the rules specified by ccp, if they do then they can post/do whatever they want.
Not a problem here.
The only problem I have is that they spam my PERSONAL inbox with uselless posts.
And dont say pls report them, bcs i do.
But they need 3 secs each to send me a mail.
I need about 30 mins to fill the petition, link all their names etc.
They just ubusing my game time doing this.
I could put them on ignore yeah, but why?
They could do whatever they want unless they dont waste my time.

I personaly fought russians in the past.
Very long (6 months) and very intense during their impass campaign.
Never had that kind of probs which I am having now with the goons.
Russians (RA and -A-) are a worthy oponent, but goons, are just goons :-)

It has nothing to do with how well or not an alliance is doing.
CAOD is another forum and you could discuss (debate is a better word) there about that.
I am talking about the beheavior of goons in game and their relationship with other ppl in game.

Well I just know the following UNDENIED facts:
a) Threats to CCP over official game forums
b) Threats to CCP over unofficial forums
c) Spam of personal mailboxes in/out of game
I could add more (like comments about persons etc) but that will follow the discussion in an other (lower) lvl.

Well I told you, its kinda hard to think/understand for a goon.
Many ppl think that in WWW might find the "lost" freedom of speach from their real life.
That my be true in a degree.
But even in WWW there are some behavior rules you have to follow.
Maybe not written somewere but ethical atleast.

I was not refearing to you as a person, unless you used an alt to mailspam me :-)
But since ppl from your corp/alliance did, so you either have to stop them or ban them from doing this or you are as non ethical as they are.
I am talking here about personal insults, about the other things your alliance has done in this game (posting images on the forums, calling names, spam on the forums etc, mass whining and threats) I hope CCP will or has allready handle it.
And btw I am glad that even a goon could understand what I ve written :-)

No, not your duty.
But you cannot blame others about them blaiming you, about things you alliance have done.
Its the same on me also. Even if I joined DICE 5 months ago, I got accused about things from the past (even when I was fighting against BoB, long long time ago).
Alliances and corps are containers from their members.
Each member carries the corp history (good or bad) with him.
The alliance/corp should act to prevent (or not of they dont wish to) things that they gona hurt their reputation.
Now again (well you ve got it, but other goons may not, so I repeat myself)
Your rights/freedom ends were my rights/freedom starts.
Thats not written anywere, but thats called ethical law and its used in the most of lawbooks all over the world.
Remember that and act like that.
Eve is gona be much more fun for everybody
