1) Ship customisation, not just with the fitting and possibly colours/logo's but being able to buy kits off the market which let you change the features of the ship.
I.e you own a Black Bird, and you purchase a kit which allows you to mount an additional missile launcher but reduces your cargo bay by 50%. or change the CPU/Powergrid/Speed.
i.e you have an Iteran V, you purchase a kit to increase the cargo space by 50%, your speed is then reduced by 50% and you lose 2 Med slots.
2)POS and Deployable Objects. Such as:- -Mobile Sheild Inhibitors (cripples the resistance of ships sheilds within its radius)
-Mobile Defence Platform(Fleet defence weapon, armed to the teeth and heavily armoured, but very slow(20m/s) this would allow you to deploy it while you mine in 0.0 without fear of mega-rat spawns, but it would be a huge investment, and if it dies, your in trouble.
-Bulk Hauler massive hauler that has 250'000 cargo space but travels at 50m/s and has no sheilds, no med/low/high slots. And costs several hundred million.
3)The above mentioned posts regarding pirating, ways to make it more profitable for pirates to actually pirate rather than kill.
As an example, the pirate would rather toll the ship it has caught in its warp disruption feild, than kill it because he would lose security and thus lose the ability to venture into empire.
4)Bounties, The Ability to place a Bounty on everyone, however you can only do this with your main account, and you take a security rating hit for putting a contract out on someone with a good status. i.e you put a contract out on someone who has +4.0 and you have 0.0. you would lose 2.0 and thus become -2.0.
5)Corporation owned ships, these would be insured by the corp and anyone who has access could take them and fly them, this would make the idea of a Fleet or Navy viable.
6)The ability to alter the game more. I.E several large alliances decide to Invade the Amarr empire, Concord does not engage because those Meta-alliances have declared war against the Empire.
the Dungeons idea is a start, but to truely make an impact there need to be repurcussions for action, i.e those alliances win the war against the Amarr empire, but because of it, the Amarr empire stop producing as many items, and in the future they wont come out with as many technological feats.
7)The Ability to gain Rank within the Empires, whilst staying in your Corporation.
So for example, by working hard for the Caldari Navy, you could eventually become the Commander of all Caldari Navy vessels, and organise a covert war against the Gallente Federation.
8)New options for Mining, deployable structures which mine constantly from moons will be a start, but what about structures you can leave in space which collect particals from space and turn them into usable minerals.
9)Ship Experience.
The more fights you go into and survive, the better you ship gets a fighting(within reason)but then if you lose your ship, you lose all that training.
10)The Ability to hire corporations and factions to attack someone or something.
As an example: You want a rival corporation hindered, so you pay the Gurista's to attack them, and hunt them down for x-days, this would mean the Guristra's sneaking in Larger ships into empire and would cost large amounts.
I.e 20million would get you a 20million in bounty worth of ships from the Gurista's (inc Battleships) to track down Corporation X.
These ships will respawn if they die, but only for the duration of the contract, and each time they respawn it will cost the sum of there bounty price. "The enemy to be feared is the one who wears the face of a friend"
